COVID-19 Update 2

March 24, 2020

The State of Massachusetts has ordered all nonessential businesses to close their offices starting today, March 24th at 12:00 until April 7^th. The Landy Agency is fully operational and all of our employees are working from home remotely. We will continue to respond to your emails, faxes and phone calls. We will continue to process applications, renew policies and take payments via email, fax and phone. Due to the order we are unable to receive mail via the US postal service or any other mail service.

If you have sent an application you may email or fax it to us. If you have sent payment please complete the attached payment form so we are able to process your payment. All ACH fees will be waived until further notice. When we are able to return to our office and receive mail we can return checks to you that have already been processed or destroy them.

You may continue to communicate with your contact at Landy Insurance or feel free to forward documents and payments to info@landy.com or our fax number, 800-344-5422.

Please note that we will not cancel or non-renew any policy due to non-payment during this time. Grace periods for renewals and payment will be extended during this world crisis.
